Based in Balikpapan
Main responsibilities:
* To execute & to ensure overall regional business development including operation activities to be effective & efficient
* To lead continuous process productivity and quality improvements programs

Qualifications:
1. Male / female, max. 35 years old
2. S1 / S2 Degree from reputable university majoring in Engineering, Business, or Management with min. GPA 2.75 (scale 4.0)
3. Min. 3 years experiences in marketing preferably Banking or Insurance
4. Excellent in leadership skill
5. Excellent in interpersonal and communication skill, both written and oral
6. Good in management skill
7. Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage

2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (BDE)
Based in Jakarta
Main responsibilities:
* Responsible to identify any new business opportunities, develop marketing proposal, negotiate & make deal with customer to be, and build regular contact with existing customer.

Qualifications:
1. Male / female, maximum 30 years old
2. Graduated from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4.0)
3. Excellent interpersonal relationship capability & communication skill, both oral and written
4. Willing to hard work, proactive, and work under pressure
5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
6. Able to speak Mandarin (especially Hok Kian) is an advantage
7. Preferably having experiences in business development area or related, at banking, insurance or investment company
8. Fresh graduates are welcome

3. IT STAFF (System Support)
Based in Jakarta
Qualifications:
1. Male, single, maximum 30 th years old
2. Min. D3 in Computer as major from reputable university with min. GPA 2.75 (scale 4.0)
3. Good understanding in Instalation and Programming
4. Must be good understanding in trouble shooting Operation System Windows 2000, Windows XP, and LINUX
5. Meticulous & having interest in working with detail

4. INDUSTRIAL RELATION STAFF
Based in Jakarta
Qualifications:
1. Male / female, single, maximum 30 years old
2. Bachelor of Law from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4.0)
3. High motivated & have good communication skill
4. Open personality, active, and capable of working under pressure
5. Have a critical thinking, high curiosity, and fast learner
6. Have an organizational experience
7. Understand about criminal and civil law
8. Able to operate computer
9. Preferably had worked or internship experience in Law Firm

5. MARKETING
Qualifications:
1. Female, max. 35 years old
2. Min S1 from reputable university with min. GPA 2.75 (scale 4.0)
3. Min. 3 (three) years experiences in business advertising or product development at banking
4. Excellent in interpersonal, communication skill, both written and oral and good personality
5. Willing to hard work and underpressure, proactive
6. Fluent in English (both oral and written)
7. Able to speak Mandarin will be advantage

6. HRD Staff
Qualifications:
* Male/Female, maximum 30 years old
* Graduated Min. D3 from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4.0)
* Min. 2 years experiences in HR preferably in personnel staff
* Willing to hard work, proactive, and work under pressure
* Familiar with Ms. Office
* Familiar with Jamsostek Administration
* Meticulous, having interest in working with detail and communicative

7. SECRETARY TO GENERAL MANAGER
Qualification:
* Female, single, maximum 30 years old
* Graduated from reputable university/academy with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4.0)
* Working experiences 1-2 years
* Excellent interpersonal relationship capability & communication skill in Indonesian and English, both oral and written
* Willing to work hard, proactive, and work under pressure
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision
* Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage
* Able to operate Microsoft word, excel, and power point

8. STAFF AUDIT REVENUE (SAR)

Qualifications :
1. Male / Female, maximum 26 years old
2. Min. D3 in Financial Management or other financial major from reputable
3. University with min. GPA 2.75 (scale 4.0)
4. Working experiences min. 1 (one) year as Finance/Accounting/Audit Staff
5. Good understanding in company's audit systems
6. Good capability in preparing & analyzing audit report
7. Meticulous & having interest in working with detail
8. Able to operate MS Word & Excel

Qualifications:
